What is Stockbox?
Stockbox is the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), also known as the
Stockbox Program. This is a federal
program that provides a nutritious monthly package of food. In Wisconsin,
Stockbox is only available
to residents of Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties.
What foods does
Stockbox provide?
Foods include nonperishable items, such as
canned fruits and vegetables; juice; canned meats; dried and canned milk;
cereals and grains; peanut butter, dried beans; rice, instant potatoes or
pasta, and cheese.
Who is eligible for
Stockbox?
In Milwaukee, Stockbox is available only to income eligible:

Children under 6 years old
l
Non-breastfeeding women up to 6 months
postpartum
l
Seniors 60 years and older
What are the income
guidelines for Stockbox?
Stockbox follows the same
income guidelines
as WIC.
How can Stockbox help a family on WIC?
Family members who are on WIC may not participate in
both WIC and Stockbox.
However, you may have some family members on WIC and other family members on
Stockbox. For example, you may have a baby on WIC and a five year old on
Stockbox.
